It is hereby agreed as follows;
The Members
-
have chosen
by simple majority the Manager
-
agree to pay
their individual stake to the Manager in advance of each quarterly (13
weeks) draw
The Manager
-
agrees to establish a procedure for agreeing the numbers and combinations to be entered by the Syndicate for each period of draws;
-
agrees to collect each Member’s individual stake money as quantified in
the form part of this Agreement prior to the draw.
-
agrees to purchase tickets bearing the agreed numbers and combinations for the amount of the total syndicate stake (being the sum of all the individual stakes as quantified in
the form part of this Agreement) for each draw. If, the total syndicate stake is deficient because one or more Members failed to pay their stake the Manager shall have absolute discretion as to which of the agreed combinations to enter.

agrees, at his/her absolute discretion, to pay any Member’s individual stake on his/her behalf. The Member must reimburse the Manager immediately on demand.

agrees to collect any prize money and disburse it to the Members in a timely manner in proportion to their individual stakes. The Manager shall hold such monies in trust for the Members at all times prior to distribution to the Members.

agrees to hold all wins under £100.00 in a kitty and Members decide what to do with it at end of the quarter (e.g. a party, donation to charity, pay for next years entries, etc.).

agrees to
keep the Lotto tickets for a minimum of 1 week and make them available for inspection at reasonable times to the Members if requested.

agrees to provide up to date copies of this Agreement to each Member after each modification or addition .
Removal of a Member
-
if a Member wishes to leave, or
-
if a Member
fails to pay his/her individual stake without prior agreement made with the Manager, or
-
at the discretion of the Manager, if a Member fails to
reimburse the Manager for paying his/her stake in accordance with clause
Members 2.
New Members
-
New members may be accepted into the Syndicate by a simple majority vote of existing Members.

The Manager
shall be responsible for updating the Agreement to accommodate the new members .
Signatures
-
Signatures
may be in the form of a Member's or the Manager's email address for the purpose of an online agreement.

The Manager’s signature in the Agreement acknowledges that he/she consents to
act as Manager in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

A Members’ signature in the Agreement acknowledges that they are
a Member of the Syndicate and agree to abide by this Agreement.
General
-
This Agreement can only be modified with the agreement of a simple majority of the Members. It is the responsibility of the Manager to implement such modifications.

Provided the Manager has acted honestly and in good faith he/she will not be personally liable to any Member for any loss or damage arising out of any failing of the Manager under this Agreement.

The manager may be replaced at any time by a simple majority of the Members. Such replacement shall take effect whether or not this Agreement has been amended to record
that fact.

The Syndicate will only participate in draws on Saturdays.
